dsh-global-rules: Editing DSH Global Rules in the Web Settings Panel

dsh-global-rules is a DSH client plugin maintained by badai147, which directly reads and writes to ~/.dsh/AGENTS.md via a web settings panel. After installation, you can open "Settings → Global Rules" to edit Markdown rules and save them. The rules take effect immediately in new sessions, while in the current session, they are dynamically detected and updated by dsh-agent-instructions after the next file operation.
